Each community club consists of an executive, typically a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary as well as sub-committees. The executive also provides representation of their community club's interests at VDSA meetings and is responsible for the development of players, programs and promotion of soccer within their own municipalities. The majority of community clubs offer soccer programs that commence with ages Under 6 to Under 18 girls and boys teams. In recent years women's teams have become the growth area for the sport.
The Board of Directors for Valley District include an Executive consisting of six Officers and Directors who meet as required and provide leadership/direction to the organization.
